WARNING: The Sturgeon General has determined that Bass Fishing can become habit forming.
Symptoms may include, but are not limited to:
  • Clothing covered by lures and dry flies
  • Compulsive purchases of fishing gear
  • Divorce and lack of affection
  • Loitering at local Bait Shops
  • Loss of sleep and daydreaming of trophy fish
  • Memorization of the Lunar Phases
  • Neglect of Personal Responsibilities
  • Relating and retelling of Fish Tales
  • Strong desires to quit job and become a fishing pro

NOTE: Those infected with the "Bass Fishing Bug" have never been known to fully recover.
This disease is highly contagious. Few people are able to develop a permanent immunity.
