Marcotte Lane: One of several private roads leading to the waterfront of Bunganut Lake. ROAD DUES are $40 per year. Please see Audrey Strickland-Stunes or Ricky Gonneville for payment. Dues are typically collected from June to August. As necessary, meetings regarding road issues will be posted on the road. Thanks to everyone who paid their annual Road Dues! Road maintenance, while the responsibility of property owners, is now being conducted by George. And we're lucky to have him. After 3 decades, Bob Berry has handed off this critical task to George. We owe Bob many thanks to him (and his family for sharing him with us). A common sight will be George and his grandson Noah. Please be respectful of him and his time. Although you may be inconvenienced on occassion, having a well graded road is important. We all wish we could spend more time at our beautiful lake.
